"Office staff and Dr's are amazing."

"Would give ZERO out of five if I could. Ridiculous policies regarding patient’s being able to have a support person with them for their visit. Was told that I could not stay because “it makes the waiting room too busy if patients are allowed to have support there with them.” I then asked if I could come in when the patient is called back so that I can be there with them for the conversation with the doctor and was told no because again “it makes the office too busy” if they allow that. I could understand and accept the waiting room potentially being too busy with support people being allowed to stay with patients, but when told that me sitting in the exam room still is not allowed, I was extremely disappointed. Forcing patients to go through their procedure alone is wrong and I would NEVER recommend this place for anybody."

"3.5. I will only ever come back here because Lynn is by far the best medical provider I’ve ever had. I’ve seen her since I was 16, and she might be the only capable medical provider in their practice. Recently when being seen by Vanna, I asked for specific testing with the nurse and again with Vanna. This is testing I get every year when I come in for my annual, for the last 5-6 years and it’s pretty standard, definitely obvious in my chart history. Not only was not all of the testing I requested actually done, but I was told over voicemail what my results were and that everything had come back just to be called a month later saying I had new inconclusive results coming in and I had to come back for a follow up. I would only see Lynn for the follow up and I’m glad I did, because she knows how to handle patients with care. After my follow up was done, Vanna’s nurse walks in on me in my exam room without knocking, and pokes fun about the fact that she just did so. She didn’t apologize she just made me feel extremely uncomfortable and continued to interact with me, fully admitting she had no idea there was even still a patient in that room. If you want to retain your patients don’t continue to traumatize them or neglect their privacy when they’re only in there in an attempt to give your office a second chance. Do better."
