"Waited over 45mins to see a doctor after they ask you to show up at least 15 mins early horrible service would strongly recommend another pediatrics"

"Newark pediatrics.... why bother? Went to scheduled docs appointment. at 1145. Xray at 1115. Said be 30 mims for results so we waited... left after waiting 2 hrs.. 430 nothing I'll call them On hold for 18 mins... Looked online closed at 430 on Fridays.. Smh. No idea if she's got sprain break nothing. There all day. Called again and waiting for a nurse to call me back! Absolutely insane... And they closed at 12 and didn't call me back! Furious.my child could have a break that needs attention and I cant even get a call back! Do better"

I currently drive from Newark to Sodus for Beth Orlowski because she is wonderful. But their Newark location is terrible, they're not friendly, they don't associate with the patients... they need to work on providing a better atmosphere for patients."
