She didn’t make me schedule an appointment. She was very sweet and accommodating. She not only agreed to do the job, but she also quoted me a very reasonable price and is able to have it done within a short timeframe. I am very happy with her customer service. She cleaned my engagement ring while we were discussing the process of restringing my pearls together.
