The atmosphere of the salon is inviting and relaxed. Services are priced fairly, and I always feel like I matter, as a customer and a human being. Amy has been my stylist all these years, and she is a consummate professional as well as a true artist. "To start, I love this salon. I have always had a great experience when I come in. Today, I had a different experience! A stylist by the name of Amy was very rude and basically scolded me in front of a room of people. I’m 30 years old, in a hair salon, relaxing, and she scolded me for language. It wasn’t even what she scolded me about, it was the tone in which she said it, quite loudly in front of a group of people. I did NOT appreciate it. If there is an issue, come speak to me. Don’t yell it across the room. Everyone else in this salon has always been so sweet to me so it’s unfortunate that I had this experience today. Book with anyone else and I’m sure you’ll have a great experience!"
