Reviews
"There is a reason that every medical professional here is accepting new patients and have available appointments in a few weeks while all the other neurologists are scheduling months out. Do NOT go here. They will pass you off to their NP who is extremely unprofessional and rude!"
"I had an appointment which I waited months for and was called same day (after getting a confirmation call the previous day) to cancel because the doctor wasn't in. Next opening in 2 months. Go somewhere else, better yet, get out of the RGH scam of patient care."
"Was told i was going to get a call back to confirm prescription was going to be set up after making an appointment before the HOLIDAY WEEKEND! Never got a call back and had to fight with on call service. Horrible place. Will be finding a new neurologist very soon probably before my early December appointment."
"My son has epilepsy and autism and went here for a follow up EEG to see if he can stop his medication. The staff were nice at first but very soon became irritated and frustrated with my son because he doesnt understand direction. They would loudly groan and sigh out of frustration and even cut his EEG short because they were irritated. Every time my son would be close to falling asleep, they would turn on the bright computer screen even after he asked for the "light off" to go to sleep. Then, just as my son was finally falling asleep, the man stood up and loudly announced "we're done". They had 0 compassion or understanding to the fact that my son is disabled. I hope i never have to take him there again. I cried in my car because of how awful the experience was."
"I went here 15+yrs ago. I was having intense headaches. We went there for an evaluation. They looked into my eyes said"ok" were just going to rehydrate you and send you on your way. My fiance and I were like I dont think so. So I insisted they do a CT scan. They looked at me like I was nuts. After the scan they came into the room and then told me that they did indeed find something and it was good size."
