"The staff I have encountered are great (Not the OBGYNs at Samaritan, they don't communicate and leave you stranded in labor and delivery for days because none of them are on the same page or aggreeance). The real complaint is with their phone lines and computer system. I can barely get in contact with the appointment center. The phone says they're transferring to the right place then disconnects. The computer system hardly ever works right, you can't make appointments online because your specific providers are NEVER listed but every other provider in the military system is. It's extremely frustrating when you have to schedule an appointment every three months for medication refills. Then you look like the bad person not scheduling in advance. I've tried, your MHS Genesis system is ridiculously awful."

"Probably the worst clinic I have dealt with in my entire life. Have fun even trying to get a reasonable appointment date. It's insane that post command hasn't taken action on these issues. "Are you fu€king kidding me?? What kind of health care place constantly changes if they want to take same days or walk ins? Oh sorry we don't feel like doing that anymore. Oh and if your PCM (who is the ONLY doctor they allow you to see) leaves or retires whatever the case may be...THEY DONT TELL YOU!! As foe the pharmacy side of things. It was myself and maybe 5 other people. It took 3 hours for them to call my number by then there was like 30 people in there. Ridiculous. God forbid you be severely sick and can't get seen. The whole surrounding area sucks @$$ for Healthcare."

"I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of care and service I have received at this clinic. I have never encountered a hospital experience as disappointing as the one I have had at this facility. This is by far the worst place to seek medical assistance when one is sick and in need of help. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism displayed by the receptionists at your clinic. They have been courteous and helpful during my interactions with them. Additionally, the radiology and laboratory departments have demonstrated a high level of competence and professionalism, which I appreciate. However, my experience with the nursing staff has been nothing short of horrendous. The nurses have consistently displayed rudeness and a lack of compassion towards patients. Waiting times during appointments have been excessively long, often exceeding an hour, which is unacceptable and adds to the distress of patients already dealing with illness. Equally concerning is the behavior of my assigned provider. In each of my visits, my provider barely spent ten minutes with me in the examination room. Basic medical examinations, such as checking my heart and conducting routine assessments, have been completely neglected. Furthermore, the lack of communication following tests and procedures, regardless of whether the results are positive or negative, has left me feeling abandoned and disregarded as a patient. I find myself questioning the qualifications and legitimacy of my provider as a medical professional. Never in my life have I encountered a doctor who appears so incompetent, insensitive, and lacking in sound medical judgment. It is disheartening to have entrusted my health to someone who demonstrates such disregard for patient well-being. I implore you to address these pressing issues promptly. Patients seek medical care because they are unwell and in need of care, not because they have spare time on their hands. Neglecting patient concerns and dismissing the importance of quality medical attention can have dire consequences. I urge you to take action to rectify these problems, whether through improved training for staff, better provider selection, or other necessary measures. It is my hope that Tricare will consider finding an alternative clinic or provider in the near future, as the current situation is simply untenable. Patients deserve a healthcare environment that prioritizes their well-being, and your clinic is falling short of meeting that fundamental expectation."
