"I originally took my salesperson licensing course from this school. I passed the final for the school, and the state exam. Passed them both the first time. I was so satisfied with the school, the instruction, that I took my brokers course here. Again I had a very satisfactory experience. I passed the state exam with a 98%.. I am a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker. I would recommend this school to anyone wishing to pursue a real estate career."
"Do not take classes here. I took my initial real estate class here in 2011. I recently have been looking to add a second license to a second broker. Part of the application requires course info and a signature from school coordinator. When I first went in to get this information from then, I was greeted by a very ornery and unhelpful employee who informed me that they don't keep records as a company and that they wouldn't help me in any way. So, I called the state and took hours to track down the right person to get me my class information. So after I did their job for them, I went back in with the info to get the school coordinator signature that I needed. They told me that they would not sign the form because they didn't have them in their records; and instead of offering any solutions they blamed ME for not keeping some loose leaf piece of paper certificate from 6 years ago. Long story short this place is a joke and not only are they not helpful to their clients, they are actively obstructive. Too many other options out there to give them your business."
