"I placed 2 different orders 10 days ago and they haven't been shipped. I chose standard USPS delivery which they claim to be 2-7 days. I emailed them 6 days after I placed my order since I hadn't gotten any email confirming shipping and they said they hadn't shipped my order out yet because 2 of the items I ordered were unavailable for shipping. Those 2 items were on the same order, no issues with items on my other order, but they didn't send that order out either. They responded to my email that they would get my other items sent out which was 4 days ago and neither of my orders have been shipped yet. I sent them another email and a message on Facebook asking where my orders are and they haven't responded. They said they would give me a store credit for the 2 items apparently unavailable for shipping, but I asked for a refund instead since these 2 orders are already taking too long. I haven't received my refund yet or heard back from them. Edit- I never got my refund nor what I ordered. I do NOT recommend them."

""BodyCandy" has been spamming my inbox with emails about visiting their site all week. Never heard of them till the unsolicited sales emails. Clearly this business is buying email lists for their sales pitch."

"I ordered six septum piercings, and two of them came without packaging. They were loose inside of the USPS parcel. They could have fallen out or been damaged at any point. The pericings were fine, but this oversight is unacceptable especially for a product that is supposed to go inside someone's body. This would not be an issue if this were a necklace or bracelet. I also ordered two piercings that were supposed to be the same style and size, but one of them is obviously smaller."

"Awful these are the owners of body candy do not buy their cheap awful products. I bought a matte tongue ring and it started to change color and chip away this yellow film within half an hour of me putting it in. That’s nasty as hell and all they wanted to do was send me a replacement.. wow because going through that once wasn’t enough.. you can’t even rate their products because they know it’s all trash.."

"I ordered on Dec 4th and they didn't create a shipping label until Dec 13th I've been tracking it through USPS. It didn't ship until Dec 18th, almost 2 weeks after ordered, then it arrived at facility on Dec 20th AND now it says estimated delivery is Dec 26th! Seriously how is this good service?? I will NEVER order from here again or refer them to friends. Didn't even want to put a star on it but had to in order to post this review."
