"Brought my Black Cat Super Fuzz to Drome sound because the button wasn't engaging the fuzz and the one knob was causing the sound to cut in and out. After charging me about 40 or so dollars to fix it, the pedal was still having issues. I decided to go to a different shop to get it fixed the right way instead of bringing it back. Didn't want to waste my breath with these people. The same guy who fixed my pedal is pretty rude and doesn't even acknowledge the customers when they come in there... No wonder that place is always so dead and hardly has any customers..."

"Got a setup. No communication from shop for over a week after saying it'd be ready in a few days. Fret buzzing was instant, and all over. Very poor job overall. Took about two weeks or so to get a single guitar setup and still costed me $60. This was a couple months ago, but finally finding another shop so I can play my strat again."

"I didn’t want to post a negative review because there are some great people that work here especially in the drum department, however there is one person in the guitar department who is very unreasonable and charges prices far above their market value. He’s even said before that he “doesn’t take offers” and it’s quite unpleasant to shop there when he’s around. It’s been going on for months and some other people I’ve spoken to share the same sentiments about him. It’s stopped me from going to this store which is a real shame as they do have some good finds sometimes. If he charged closer to the market value and was more open to negotiate, I’d be a bit more willing to stop by but I haven’t had a very positive experience with guitar shopping there in the past several months."
