"My daughter has been attending this daycare for almost a year after her previous daycare closed permanently due to COVID. We thought her other daycare was fine, but the differences in care weren't apparent until she started going to this program. The staff are all very friendly and genuinely seem to care about the kids, we receive daily reports about her day, she naps well here, and they seem to have a nice scheduled program for all of the kids, including extra fun things for summers and holidays. We have seen many of the same staff throughout our time with the program, which I think speaks volumes as to the quality of the work environment. Lastly, the owners are always on site and very communicative. We were very lucky to have found this daycare!"

"Where do I start? We had our infant daughter at Kid Central from July to about the middle of February. From the beginning there was a huge lack of communication. About 2 months in we found out that our daughter was with a different lead teacher with no notice. This is about the same time she was coming home in other children’s diapers and a few times even in other children’s clothing. When expressing our daughter needed to be on a restrictive diet because we were trying to figure out what’s making her eczema flare up Kid Central acted like it was totally fine and they’d provide food for her still. It was a constant struggle getting accurate daily sheets back. We had sheets with one bottle and no food after breakfast coming home, sheets that said she had a peanut butter jelly sandwich when she had a jelly sandwich and sheets that said she had pizza but they then said she had pizza without the cheese. Every week there was a conversation at least two or three times about how I need them fully filled out. Especially since we are now working with a dermatologist. After getting really irritated with the inconsistency I had a phone conversation and thought everything was fixed. Unfortunately that only lasted about a month. The last straw I had was when I expressed I was frustrated with the miscommunication because once again my daughter is not with the teacher they said she’d be with and her daily sheets were inaccurate from Monday-Thursday of that my week. Their response was very unprofessional. First they sent this text “I’m sorry that you feel that way. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make you less frustrated.” And before I even had a chance to respond they sent this text “I have been trying to go above what we normally provide by getting extra and significantly more expensive item for Juni to eat. I also answer any question in a very timely fashion and often stay after hours to communicate with you.” I never asked for them to do any of this. I even asked if they needed us to provide supplemental food for our daughter. Throughout the whole conversation they never rectified that there was a lot of miscommunication or that they would make sure the daily sheets would be accurate the next day. The last text they sent us that night was “Starting tomorrow we ask that you provide her meals. Please send a schedule of when and what you would like served to her. Thank you.” They were extremely unprofessional. This issue could be fixed easily with a conversation. They treated our daughter’s needs as an inconvenience to them. I needed two things: I want to know who’s working with my daughter and know exactly what she’s eating and they couldn’t make even provide that. Overall, the care was safe my daughter loved her teachers but I would not recommend if you have a child that has specific needs. **We never accused anyone for my daughter’s allergies. We just needed to know what she was eating to see what is causing. The daily sheets are not filled out accurately, I didn’t restrict my diet because she didn’t have any reactions prior to introducing solid foods. Plus I have a low diary diet anyways since I am lactose intolerant. But to be honest that is my personal information. No parent I have talked to is okay with teachers consistently changing with no notice to the parents. I also never asked for the daycare owners to answer my texts I send after hours. The daycare is about 40 minutes from home, it’s close to work, so some messages were late. I expected they would be answered in the morning. The response below clearly proves my point that the owners of this daycare are unprofessional and will not take any fault.**"
