"I don’t recommend this place. I had to wait close to 1.5 hours to see the doctor and I even asked for when I would see the doctor. Couldn’t imagine how long it would have been if I didn’t speak up. Also my assigned doctor was changed to another one as I was waiting. I felt passed around just for the residents’ own benefit. If you want to feel taken more seriously as a patient, I would look elsewhere."
"This will be my second review of this location, this place doesn’t have employees who know manners, why is it my wife goes in for an appointment and she’s greeted with rude mannerisms. The women’s center should be about helping other women and not looking down on them, if you ain’t wanna work today, you could’ve called out. 5/23/23"
"Probably the worst costumer service I’ve ever received comes from this hospital’s womens health clinic. The receptionists are unprofessional and rude. The doctors are lovely but their support staff needs to get it together. Highly DO NOT recommend."
"I gave birth in this hospital. My pregnancy was followed by midwife Mrs. Byer-Henry. She's a very kind woman. Everyone who worked on the day I gave birth (4-4-2021) They were all so kind. Now I am pregnant for the second time and I feel very safe in this hospital. Thank you so much ♡♡♡"
"I was transferred to this number because I wanted to set an appointment with the womens clinic. All I asked was “is this the womens clinic?” And the lady got mad and said “this is the appointment desk.” I asked again “for the womens clinic, correct?” She sucked her teeth and hung up on me lol. I called back, same woman and she said “no it’s not for the woman’s clinic and hung up on me again.” This just happened lol. Very unprofessional"
