"I tried to make an appointment with Doctor Griffith but omg after speaking with that receptionist i dont even want to go there! She has terrible customer service over the phone no manners or etiquette speaking over me rude condescending and not helpful at all!! So believe the previous comments about it im having serious doubts on that doctors levels for sensitivity care!! Out out out if could give 0 stars i would and it was only a phone call interaction!"

"Visited for my annual physical with Dr. Rabia Malik at Pavonia PC. Was taken care of by medical assistants Tatania and Chelsea. Both were extremely supportive and swift, was a seamless experience with Tatania who helped me with my check-in and further follow up. Wonderful experience with Dr. Malik being my first visit with her, excellent beside manners and super friendly. Will recommend Pavonia PC for sure!"

"I came in for my first visit to Dr Griffith today. When I came in , the lady receptionist asked if she can help me. I told her I have an appointment @11 am. She then ask me if I have my ID and insurance card I said yes. As she was taking my temperature she asked me again about my insurance and ID by saying I want it NOW!! I answered can I just settle down? As I handed her my ID and insurance cards I looked at her name on the scrubs she's wearing. Her last name is PERALTA. She noticed me that I was staring at her name and the tone of her voice suddenly became different. I am planning to file a complaint on the corporate office so she can be removed from her job. She can not treat patients like that."
