"I just recently went to visit my niece and the attitude that one of the RN had with her it was increíble ,she very rude ,I’m having my baby soon and after this scenario I don’t think I will go have my baby at norwalk hospital ."

"Since it was late and I hadn't felt the baby all day, we went to see if everything was ok. The nurse that was assisting us was incredibly kind and helpful, but when a random nurse entered the room and began rambling at us about why we had even come, she made us feel awful and was very unprofessional. She came in gaslighting us telling us the everything was ok as if she was the one carrying the baby! her actions were not ok and once again extremely unprofessional and made us feel terrible for even coming and making sure our baby was safe since once again I didn’t feel her move at all the entire day. Thank goodness for the nurse who, after the other nurse left the room, told us that coming in was the right decision and reassured us because you never know!"

"After 3 years I am back to this hospital to give birth to my second daughter. I had Esla again as midwife and that was amazing as it was the first time . She is so respectful and has so much knowledge. The team itself was great, Shaffa took such a good care of me , I will never forget. Li was so gentle and even spoke Portuguese with us, and made us feel like home again. I don’t want more kids but I will definitely recommend this maternity center to anyone who wants to delivery a baby and have your body respect as should be . Amazing women that have so much love for their jobs."
