"Everything was easy and prompt today! From scheduling a same-day sick visit, to seeing the doctor, to getting test results. Dr. Lynch was excellent. So nice the office does their PCR strep tests right onsite so we had our results in 20 minutes, and no longer have to wait days for strep culture to come back. Very pleased!"

"This place is convenient because it's close to work and you can get most testing and diagnostics in house. But it's quickly become apparent their focus is billable hours. They always want to schedule you for a follow-up and when you go, they ask a couple questions, take vitals then on your way. No real purpose to the appointment. My mom goes here and they immediately signed her up with 4 different specialist and her GP doctor, so now she has constant appointments and tests all billed to medicare... I'm going to have to find another place because they don't even want to refill my blood pressure meds unless I come in every few months to get a blood pressure check. Honestly, holding your prescriptions hostage to an office appoint feels like medical piracy and they really need to have an ethics board come in and interview the patients here and get to the bottom of what is going on. I feel it's borderline insurance fraud because they seem to get as many claims in as possible. Urgent care seems a terrible waste of time, as well. Came in very sick, and I saw a Nurse Practitioner who seemed uniquely unqualified to treat patients. I spent 3 hours waiting for treatment and was sent home after they did the mandatory COVID test that they could bill the insurance for..."

"I have been going to this place for years. They are a Medical Mill. They have the worst customer service, keeping you waiting on the phone for 20 Minutes or more to make an appointment or speak to someone. This is every time. Try for yourself. Recently, without informing me, they canceled my appointment without telling me because they decided to stop taking Workers Comp. The sent me no notification of the cancellation or that they no longer took my insurance. When I ran out of my medication for my injury, they no longer can help me. Basically, I was told to call another doctor. Problem is, all of the other local doctors are either no longer taking new patients due to the influx of Crystal run patients, BTW, they don’t take Medicare either now so unless you have an insurance company who considers them in-Network, they tossed you to the wind. The Tuetlebaums are a joke. I have made sure to change all of my doctors with them. I also was seeing them for in-network Heath issues as well, but they lost me altogether. Albeit most of my doctors were usually very nice and compassionate, Crystal Run itself is a complete waste of time. Run far and run fast from this money hungry medical Mill. That’s all they apparently care about."

"I strongly do not recommend anyone go to Crystal Run! I have nothing but bad experiences in the few years I’ve been a member with them. My spouse especially has had horrible experiences with them. I’ve been going with him to every appointment since he had an incident 2.5 years ago. They misdiagnosed him, and recommended he get 2 pointless surgeries (that he did end up having). Even after both surgeries, he still felt the same way, in excruciating pain. We explained this to at least 20-25 doctors for the past 2.5 years. We got frustrated enough that we ended up making an appointment at a private doctor and in one visit, we were told exactly what the issue was and why he was in this pain. It had nothing to do with what the Crystal Run doctors were saying. Crystal Run was doing pointless tests and prescribing him so many different medications. Every time we would show up to an appointment they would give him at least 1-2 prescriptions rather than solve the problem. They made my spouses conditions get worse in the time that they left him untreated to the point where he may need to have a few surgeries now. Please listen to all of the other reviews and keep yourselves and your families away from Crystal Run. They do not care about any of their patients."

"I was in the parking lot this morning at 155 Crystal Run in Middletown at 9:15 for a 9:30 MRI. When I did not get a notification at 9:35 I went inside to see what was going on. Reception sent me to radiology and they said take a seat. At 9:45 or so I was told I was late and that I would have to wait or reschedule because they started a procedure with another patient. I was early, they were incompetent as is the story every time you go to that building. I did not wait or reschedule because I had another appt two towns away in 2 hours. Apparently know your job do your job is not important there. Little advice,to the staff. Don’t cop an attitude out the gate with your customer when they were early and you know you are wrong. Never again in there. Dropping any Dr with Crystal Run. Good docs horrible staff. There are good Docs everywhere with competent staff out there. I bet they will bill me for today too. That’s another battle coming Horrible company"
