"The Hackfarm has an off the street entryway where you have to walk along the side of a business to get to the entrance. At first glance, it's a workshop tucked away with lots of creative working space. In speaking with the owner, you'll discover it's a great community workshop space for custom wood working projects, sign making, creative crafting and other "shop" projects you can think of. This business is a woman owned business! Love that. The owner hosts classes and teaches in her space all the while offering folks an option to reserve time to use the space for a variety of projects. It's truly a community space. I had the opportunity to check out the space for a private event and the owner offered the paint supplies and tools needed to create and customize my tray project. Just chatting with her was quite the treat! She has so much passion for her work and it shows. Her handiwork is exceptional. Do call ahead and book a time slot to reserve your spot. The rates vary depending on project."
