"For the love of God, please avoid these people at all costs. I paid for 5 lessons at around $300, and I will say the only pro is the price point. Another pro is that the driver I was assigned is an excellent teacher, and conducts his lessons as if it were the road test. Cons: Terrible management, it is so hard to get into contact with them. Sometimes the call hangs up, so you have to call again just to hear it ring. The location listed on Google is not accurate and has not been updated, the real location is 11 Prospect Ave in MV. There is only one driving instructor, who is again great, but he is leaving in a month, so God knows who you will be left with. Terrible communication, I was told the same week when my road test was scheduled. I had already found out a week prior when my road test was scheduled through logging in the DMV app, and I thought "they really weren't going to tell me." Run far away. I was lucky that it ended up working out but it is a risk I will not encourage you to take."

"They never pay their employees on time, they're very disorganized, and they're always conflicting schedules. I will report them to the Dept of Labor and they will get charged $700 per late day that they don't pay their employees. I can't wait because they were given many chances. Elsa the manager can't even run her own business and pay her own assistant Ryan on time. Mercedes and Ginny left, they sucked anyway as driving instructors."

"My instructor was more than excellent. I'm sorry I didn't get his name I'm going to get his name and put it back up here. He gave me the most knowledge out of anybody I've encountered. The more knowledge you have the more safer driver you are. I'm recommending him to everybody."

"The Safe Cruz driving staff were very friendly & accommodating and booked my lessons around my schedule. They were happy to answer any questions I had and were encouraging and supportive. During & after my lessons they gave me feedback on what I did well and what I needed to work on to pass the road test. One of the best driving school in Mount Vernon. I would like to thank my instructor Felix who helped me in developing my weak skills. He gave me so many wonderful tips and tricks that helped me in passing my road test.
