"I don't recommend this school to children with special needs. Some teachers are none experience to work with this population. My son didn't do progressed. My son's teacher failed so Bad she was demoted from 5th grade.the school did so Bad that even Paraprofessionals lost their jobs as well and Lawyer even told them that they had failed as a school.... ps don't Destroy your son Future By putting him in that wack school.. .."
"Graduating class of 2009 so dont take it to the heart. Lol however , I miss this school soooo much. Looking back, they have amazing teaching skills. The 1 star off is because of miscommunication and discrimination towards me from some teachers. Like me getting in trouble for 'talking during a movie' when clearly I was telling the boy to stop kicking my chair.... bullying is inevitable. But Im hoping times have changed and teachers/staff really take it into consideration that bullying reaches its climax in elementary and needs to require the proper attention."

"I love this school it's the only one left in the Bronx that you can actually trust your kids to be safe in. They have a nurturing environment and make the kids feel welcomed and parents feel safe. My son loves it here there staff is A1 Ms. Lopano, Mr D, Mrs Nelson , Ms Morlas , Ms Kurtis. Plus all the other staff members. I would recommend this school to anyone living in the area. Kudos PS 8"
