"A great school. Although it's not perfect, there is no such thing. The teachers are very supportive, and they aren't bad as long as you give them a chance. I graduated from JBA during the first covid outbreak, but in that school is where I found myself. Try out new things. Stick to old things. It's up to you. Just make sure try your best to enjoy it. If you need someone to talk to, the guidance counselors are obviously the first choice, but the teachers/advisors can be just as helpful"

"This school is okay I went to the school and it’s small but i somewhat like the environment. Not everyone gets a long there is a lot of drama that goes down in the school. Some teachers are nice and understanding while others aren’t including the principle. I just “graduated” this school and I don’t highly recommend it, it’s okay. Some may say there’s no bullying but I strongly disagree with that statement, this school did mess up my mental health and will never appreciate them for that"

"This is an amazing school with a very attentive and supportive faculty. Your child will get the very best from the principal, staff, teachers and counselors. My son is graduating this year going onto PPAS high school and he has received an outstanding education as well as great experiences from a trip to Italy, high school level classes, ballroom dancing, Science Olympiad competitions and participated in Junior Broadway school productions. We were thankful to be a part of the JBA family. I read a previous post regarding fights in the hallway. In the three years my son has been there, he has not seen not one physical altercation. It is a safe school and I highly recommend!"

"My son Xander just graduated this year from Jonas Bronck Academy. This school is by far, the best school I have come in to contact with. The staff is the best! They go out of their way for the students and parents, stay late hours, send emails, give reminder calls and give you plenty of opportunity to reach out to them. The principal and all of the staff in the main office are amazing and extremely helpful as well. Special recognition to Ms. Pena and Ms. Sanchez whom helped my son so much in his three years attending the school. I am extremely excited and honored that my daughter, Aneesa, was selected to start school at Jonas this September. Keep up the great work!"
