First STUDENT Bus Co.

"This bus company is HORRIBLE. I have been having problems with them for a couple years now. And unfortunately in this small town that I live in, this is the only bus company that comes for the children. I believe that is why they get away with everything that they do. Numerous of times I have saw the bus arrive and they would keep going and not physically stop for my son. Every time I call the bus company to complain they say "oh we'll have a talk with him" but nothing never gets resolved. My son has an IEP for ADHD and asthma so he is on the bus for medical reasons. This morning I saw the bus coming from my top porch my son who is ALWAYS standing in the vestibule downstairs was waiting as well by the time I yelled to tell him to go outside the bus was gone. They told me in the beginning of the school year that they're not allowed to blow the horn that they can only sit for 3-4 min and then they have to pull off. The bus didnt stop at all however when I called the company to complain the operator checked the GPS and said that the bus did stop for about 20 seconds. Absolutely absurd!!! I don't have a vehicle right now so if the bus doesn't come for him when it's cold out then he can't go to school. This is absolutely absurd. I've complained to the school as well, they have also made complaints to this bus company and still NOTHING gets resolved, almost as if they're invincible. Something needs to be done because this is not right at all and being that they're just about the only bus company for these students in my town its almost as if nothing ever gets resolved."
