"I called 3 separate times to schedule an appointment. The first time they told me I need to call back the day before I am going to come in. Fine. I did, and then they told me to call the day of. I called this morning around 8:25 and they told me they open at 8:30 to call back then. I do, and now the line has been busy for an hour. Worst staff I've dealt with and I haven't even actually stepped foot in the building. It's obvious that no one cares over there."

"The doctors are horrible. I would not recommend you or your family going here. I had a birth control implant that I had to beg to have them take out of me bc of the side effects and they insisted to keep it inside of me but I demanded to have it taken out. The doctor said it would be quick and fast but the doctor spent a good 20 minutes digging around in my arm...making it extremely bruised & still sore a YEAR after. Not going back. Secretary ladies on the other hand are wonderful and know how to do their job right."
