"I'm done with this practice the entire staff is terrible from the nurses to secretary's and doctors they dont care at all cause it doesn't affect their lifes.Dr D was my doctor they just bill my insurance for doing zero zilch nada..they have zero compassion theyre there just to collect a check...its insane simple requests such as my feet hurt I write a detailed message describing my issues through mycare I even suggested an approximate location I would have liked to travel to both places they referred me too did not accept my insurance at all I wasted time at work through their making me chase my tail method instead of them doing their job and they also told me it was not their responsibility....I don't know how they got their jobs or how they are allowed to practice medicine.....Rochester Regional has gone down hill drastically"

"Scheduled for a PCP and arrived on time, waited a half an hour, just to find out the check in was never processed, due to a system issue. The receptionist was rude and did not attempt to problem solve. I advocated to speak with the doctor and all they could do was reschedule, although they were negligent in processing the check in."

"Regarding Dr. Kuchma and Matthew NP If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 stars I would. These people don't care about you at all. The providers make you feel like you are a bother. When you call the office you're not actually calling the office and they won't allow you to speak to anyone at the office. I've sent them MULTIPLE messages and have never received a call back. It's been MANY WEEKS and they just ignore me and ignore filling my prescription. I call or send a message in MyCare almost daily at this point and I'm just ignored. Their turnover is rediculous as well, even with providers."

"Needed a new PCP, Jeffers was fine. But he doesn't work there anymore, not according to their website. I was never notified by PCP changed, nor that he was leaving. The lack of communication is a huge problem, and I'm not sure why I wasn't informed at my most recent appointment."

"Not much to say. The people working there are friendly. I always get an appointment fast and easy. I'm never in there for more than an hour, and the doctors always seem to figure out my issues quickly and accurately. And when I actually do what they advise, I get better. Calling the office is usually fairly easy, but that mycare website makes doing thing pretty effortless. Overall this place gets top marks from me."
