"Your establishment needs to hire better supervisors , stop feeding your employees bread , cheese, and lunch meat smh THEY WANT PIZZA AND WINGS ‼️"
"We were very happy with my father's experience on Faith 5 for the several months that he was there for rehab following a stroke. The speech, OT and PT therapists did a great job working with him and he was markedly better upon his departure than when he arrived. He had a goal of attending Thanksgiving dinner with the family and the therapists even did a "dry run" with him helping him get into and out of a vehicle for practice and calling me to let me know how to best assist him on Thanksgiving day. The day went perfectly. The facility is fascinating and clean, my father liked the food and the staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to place a loved one there in the future should the need arise. Thank you to all MCH workers who worked with my dad!"
"Let me start off by saying they have a heavy lawsuit coming. To sum it up short and simple. They neglected my grandfather while he was in their care. They didn’t remove staples from his surgery that were suppose to be out 2 weeks after surgery. They didn’t check on him accordingly therefor he broke his hip there and was sent to the hospital to get surgery BECAUSE of them. Then went on to not remove the staples. He was left alone all of Christmas Day besides food being brought in. He was miserable and hated it. And pure signs of neglected care. Use caution when using this place. Sure you’ll see them on the news soon!"
"Pretty toxic environment for both employees and residents. There is always understaff on some units and overstaff on others. Staffs who work best in their respective unit gets move around so they always attend to residents they are not familiar with hence destroying any rapport. Residents gets treated poorly because of understaff or new staffs. Meals are often delivered late. They don’t care about what the residents like to eat so they will continue to send the same food residents Refused to eat and lots and lots of foods are being wasted daily. Some of the nurses have some of the worst attitudes towards residents and visitors. Good things are they are actively trying engage the residents through different seasonal events. Some staffs tend to have better attitude than others. The building itself is somewhat well renovated."
