"5 stars for the phlebotomy tech she was great! She was so nice and good at her job. My friend got sent straight fir blood work after having sustained high BP in their Dr apt. They had a panic attack during the big blood draw and the tech was super understanding and calming. She gave my friend a cold wet paper towel and juice. She's good at her job she got the vein immediately, was fast, calming, and there was no bruising after. 0 stars for the front desk attendant. She was mumbling, talking quietly, had attitude, and was under a very loud fan. She was rude to the whole line of us and annoyed when people couldn't hear her. I swear her quiet mumbling was like she had peanut butter on the roof of her mouth."
"Xrays charged did not come down to Copay amount. ASked about charity care. Sent in Application that was never acknowledged. Tried to Talk to someone about it and got NO WHERE. VERY Poor Service. I guess OGH is where we should have gone."
"Urgent care, let’s start with the name providing a false sense that you will revive medical attention in a timely manor or at all for that matter. Go in for a dry socket on a recent extraction and this brilliant medical staff can’t tell the difference between a hole in my jaw and a tooth. Then proceed to tell me they’re sending a script for ibuprofen to the pharmacy for me, call up the pharmacy and nope they’ve received nothing. But how the hell does someone look at a dry socket and say I’m pretty sure there’s still a tooth there.... do yourself a favor, never go anywhere near this funny farm of a medical facility."
"I live 2 blocks from my local hospital, but always found it worth the 20 minute drive to Cuba's urgent care center. You are usually in and out much faster, treated well, and on your way with a low copay. Until the middle of last night, when I developed an infection. Drove to Cuba as usual. Picked up the admittance phone, which rang about 20 times before someone picked up. Was let in, diagnosed with an infection, but they would not treat it. I asked for treatment, as the pharmacy wouldn't open for 4 more hours, but they said no. So 2 hours later, I'm now bleeding profusely, vomiting, and on hour 2 waiting in my local hospital ER because it got worse. If they would have given me one dose of antibiotics, I wouldn't be out a second (bigger) copay, my husband would not be late for work, and I would be writing a much more positive review. This hurts because I have always had good treatment there."
"I was there today. I felt I was treated as a drug seeking drugger by the nurses there. I was and still in emense pain. But to be judged by my ethnicity was ridiculous. Not everyone is a pill addict. Some truly have real medical issues."
