"Any time I've come here, the staff has been attentive, helpful and extremely friendly. I get in quickly and I feel taken care of without being rushed. I also discovered that they can allow me to have my doctor attend me remotely at their facility, so I may be making use of that!"

"My Mother had an a appointment, they refused to see her because she was 5 minutes late. She is an elderly woman, and it took her longer to get out of her vehicle and they turned her away and are now making her wait 6 weeks. We will be looking for a new primary care."

"The providers / medical staff are great, but the phone support is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was dealing with some medical issues and tried to speak with a provider because the ER told me to. I took the day off from work to try and get some help but was only able to after getting hung up on three times. I then had to demand to speak with a manager because the staff would not help nor let me submit a complaint after four hours... The manager got me in touch with a nurse, finally. They need more phone support staff that know what they are doing, and they need a dose of empathy for their customers."

"Poor follow up. One person works entire phone system. 30 minute wait, don't bother trying for a call back. Twice never got one. Admin is just as bad. Very hard to get refills. Don't make appointment even three months out. They'll call you. Want you to go all over hells creation to see someone if you need to get in. That is if they can even get you in. Never used immediate care so much. Appt may take two hours. Sit for an hour in waiting room then another hour in room. Not enough staff so appt is rushed if their behind schedule. That was my last straw. Changed doctor next day. The whole system needs an overhaul."

"I loved it and would have given it 5 stars when Jessica was my doctor. However since then VanTol took over and left. I wasn't notified. My prescription for my face cream ran out.. tried to refill and the pharmacy faxed them 4x with no response. I called numerous times. My blood pressure medicine got low, I called for 2 weeks trying to refill. Whoever I talked to said the nurses and doctor are ignoring it. Put a note for the director. Still nothing. Now I have no blood pressure medicine. I call daily.. wait 20 min.. put on hold then hung up on. I wouldn't recommend this facility to ANYONE."
