"Waste of time and money. Very poor communication. (Come back for blood work! - I come back and 'oh you were supposed to do that somewhere else'). If you're there; don't let them tell you, 'just call us' if you need something changed."
"Hours read open 8am, but because they have meeting not open till 1:30. This happens just about every Thursday. They can’t your medical get straight with anything. Don’t take my word for it and find out."
"Very unsatisfied with the services from this office. I called on 9/2/22 for a refill on my prescription that was due on 9/12/22 and I still have nothing. So I called the office today (9/14/22) and was told the message hasn't been looked at yet. I don't know how this office is still opened completely ridiculous. Not to mention the issues my mom has had with this office as well. Ultimately I think it's time to find a new dr who actually shows him/her care about the patient and their health. I wouldn't refer anyone to this office EVER."
"I love my kid's provider, Sue Randall-Mantella. But this office takes FOREVER to get back to you or complete any requests. I'm constantly on hold every time I call. Most recently, I've been waiting over a week for copies of my children's physicals. I asked for them in person and was told they're not in the right format and they would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I never got a call, so I called them (four business days later) and asked for them to be faxed to me. Five hours later I had not received anything, so I called back and was told "the nurse still hasn't done it yet, she's working hard. Can we send them tomorrow?" I understand the busyness of health care, I really do, but the fact that requests are ignored/forgotten about for days and then I have to practically beg for simple paperwork is irritating. For this reason alone I'm thinking about switching providers."
"Extremely unhappy. Even simple requests like a list of current meds and a prescription to a pharmacy have been mixed up and required multiple phone calls to get completed accurately. It has taken up to three days to get a return phone call. I have had to call 7 times in 13 days. The staff are unprofessional and complain they are short staffed or blame the computer. While we love our physician, his move to this practice and our subsequent experience the past two weeks has been nothing short of a nightmare."
