"The PA at the cancer center is rude and nasty to patients, I would never recommend getting treatments here for you or a loved one. Some of these patients are facing end of life and already feel terrible, they don’t need a mean and nasty PA yelling at them and making them feel worse. I’m appalled over the things I am hearing from a loved one and plan to lodge a formal complaint against this particular PA. I’m aware they’re short staffed and this particular person is likely overworked but that is no excuse to treat patients this way! I am irate!"

"I cannot say enough about the staff in the ED while I was visiting from out of town I needed to be seen All of the staff including the receptionist to the housekeeper the nurse to the doctor was so nice to me usually within a bunch you’ll get a bad one but on this day I had the best experience with this bunch that I had to leave a review bc they really made me feel heard safe and comfortable I mean really I cannot thank them enough the team on that day represent all of what we need in health care good job ED dept and thank you again very much!"

"A HUGE thank you to all the staff on 3rd Memorial. Dr. McLaughlin, Dr. Weiss, The secretaries, Social Worker, Nurses and Aides who cared for my Mother-in-Law were ALL fantastic! Professional, kind, concerned and responsive. The first few days were tricky, and we weren't sure about what to expect, but even though some waits were long, my Mother-in-Law's best interests were clearly the top priority. We thank you so much!"

"The last time I visited I said it was a hit and miss but I would give the er a 3 if you are non mobile and you go to the bathroom in your bed because you have issues with your bowels or bladder but ask for a depends if you're like that. Now I will give them five stars for the excellent service and care by a nurse practitioner and nurses there. Thank you for finding me a room and keeping a very watchful eye on me for three days and asking me if needed anything and giving me a actual diagnosis of what type of infection I had and proper care. You guys are amazing and had me up and walking. Can't thank you enough for admitting me upstairs bc it helped and er np Josh should be a doctor he compassionate and listens to you and what's hurting you. My only complaint is the heart monitor the placement they hurt"
