"Refusal to send policy guidelines due to paying the postage for it (a complete unethical medical practice professional stand point for a manager) after dismissing a patient from rescheduled appointments and two additional emergencies of being unable to attend, and have absolutely no concerns for the patients and any other emergency matters that arise from trying to make it to appointments that have been rescheduled. Appointments of new doctors there are a simple note taking session and barely any personal understanding basis. I'm sorry. But when a doctor can simple dismiss a patient without any concern for that patient or their situation, there is no honor left in the medical field and all it involves are basic insurance pays."

"I honestly wish I never would have gone to this practice. It is absolutely horrible! For the people that have had good experiences that’s great, but that’s not the case for many people that have had horrible experiences like myself. Many of my concerns have been dismissed, and it has taken forever to get appointments and results back from tests. I waited almost 3 weeks to get my EEG results back because “the staff all decided to go on vacation at the same time” is what they had told me on the phone. I am in constant chronic pain and they are in no rush to help with getting things figured out. Luckily I have a great neurosurgeon that has done the job of my neurologist and got me the answers that I needed and got the process of my surgery rolling. I’m not going to name the Dr. but I can say I will not be coming back to this practice."

"I was not told any of my appointment had been cancelled. I took time off of work for an EEG. There was a mishap where my insurance forgot to push a button on my last appointment for payment I called the office they said call their billing office. I called the billing office and got it squared away immediately between the two. Front office cancelled all my appointment without telling me. I took time off of work for an EEG. They told me I should have informed the office since their billing office and main office is not in the same building. I told them I did what they asked got the billing all squared away which took two minutes. The billing office never said to call the main office back nor did the main office inform me they were canceling all my upcoming appointments. Front end staff have been extremely rude as well!"

"I l absolutely love how thorough my doctor is but the front desk and office policies are insane. Three strikes your out ? Like what. People have things come up I’m sorry. Also the fact the NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. I’m tired of wasting gas for an appointment I was told I had then poof I no longer do after a 35 min drive. You don’t pay for the gas but if I need to cancel last minute I have to pay."
