"Just closed on a second house, which has a little tiny bit of moss on the roof. I'm told 40 days or the policy is cancelled when I'm in the middle of an entire inside rehab. Amy isn't willing to work with me after being a customer for 7 years with 5 active policies. Don't trust this agent or company. Go shop elsewhere for your quote. The in good hands is just PR and they'll drop you for the smallest issues at the first chance they get. Already saved $300/year moving one policy away from them. Cannot wait to see what else is saved after quoting everything."

"Allstate says you're in good hands, but then they do things that are questionable at best. For instance, once they submitted a claim while I was still going through options. A second time, after I missed a payment which is my fault, they didn't even attempt to send me an email reminder before they cancelled a policy. The only email I got was saying it was already cancelled. However, they do get a second star because they are quick to respond."
