"I took my brother here this am...thought he was having a stroke. Standing in line to get him registered and a nurse came over and took his info to get him back into a room immediately No waiting at all. Dr. Shadoe and Natalie were absolutely awesome!!"

"I took my husband to ER. He hurt his back and his pain was a 10t. He couldn't walk. Staff did NOT bring him a wheelchair..and he struggled with a cane to walk in. After check in...still NO wheelchair. He was taken to a triage room. PA came in and ordered an x ray...they did NOT help him on or off table. Back to triage room, they made us get all our belongings and rudely moved us to another room...I asked why.....rude response.."we need the room for another patient!"..we were the only patients there. Again, made him walk. PA came in...said x ray was fine...pretty sure he thought we were med seeking. He gave RX for Narco 5. My husband is Disabled Vietnam veteran..with purple heart. He DID NOT DESERVE THIS!"

"Band-aid hospital. My son went in with a visibly broken arm, I made sure I asked before they started anything if they would even be able to help him there, I didn't want him to sit forever or have to take x-rays multiple times. I was told they would get x-rays done and give us a referral to have it treated. After x-rays we were told it was broke by a P.A. handed us a cd and said we have to see a doctor for a referral and that we would probably see someone in a couple days. Needless to say they did absolutely nothing but waste our time with my son in discomfort so they could hose our insurance. We are now at a real practice with a doctor doing x-rays again. And getting it casted."

"The triage nurse was so rude! We went in with a spinal injury, and they didn’t even follow spinal injury protocol. They made the patient walk, instead of moving the wheelchair into a different room (the wheelchair didn’t fit through the doorway of their triage room). They also kept talking about our patient when they walked out of the room- we could hear them ridiculing us, and acting as though us visiting the nearest hospital was an inconvenience for them."
