"Went to River hospital ER for severe sinus infection/ sinus migrane, left with more information than expected. Staff got me right into a room shut lights off and did everything instantly as what was able to be given in my situation for comfort as they could. One nurse I want to say I am truly thankful for meeting that helped me, name was Sarah (Sweet lady with short dark wavy hair) she went above and beyond for me! Not sure she will see this.. though I've told her multiple times today as I seen her, I want to say again, thank you so much!"
"Spent a total of 2 hours for an ER visit. Everyone was so nice and attentive. They were very informative about what was going on and anything you had to ask them."
"After a misdiagnosis from Samaritan in Watertown (they were only treating her for nausea when she wasn't even nauseated) they were actually listening to my spouses symptoms and prescribed her medication that worked. We're awaiting a trip to a specialist but they put us on the right track and were thankful."
"Going here on a Tuesday night, there was no wait. We were seen right away and after a CAT scan, were in and out within 4 hours. The room was clean and the staff was nice. 1 thing to note, there are no surgeons at this location."
"Huge waste of time, Thomas Coughlin was the physician on in the ER, he spent less than one minute assessing me. When I asked why I had pain where I did, he said he didn’t know and walked out of the room. It would be nice to actually see a doctor that cares and is willing to treat you as a human instead of a number, just a thought."
