"Doug did a great job on my initial tattoo. However, it's been a couple of years, and I need a touch-up. I reached out to him via Instagram messenger, he told me that he was very busy and would get back to me...and then ghosted me. I knew he saw my many messages, but he absolutely would NOT respond. Don't waste your time with him if you ever want a touch-up. From other reviews I've seen, it looks like he has a pattern of doing this."
