"Not sure why there are negative reviews, I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years and Sophie and Rose have treated me like royalty with their amazing customer service and my nails always look good as heck!! I highly recommend this Salon and Sophie! She is amazing! Thank you guys for always taking care of me!"
"I went in on a Sunday on the spur to have manicure, the place was busy, I was asked if I had an appointment, I responded no, I did not, did I need one? I was asked if I could come back after 2. I responded, I would try. Since I was able to see it was busy and I didnt have an appointment, that was fine with me. I stopped back in at 2:00 and it was much calmer. I asked if I could get a manicure and was told, no not at this time. One of techs was whining about how she wanted to go home, and clearly the sign says they are open till 4 P.m. This was my first and last time that I will ever visit this store, I felt they were wrong in telling me to come back and then the worker saying she wants to go home! I will give my business to another nail salon!"
"I have been here many times and will go nowhere else. Rose is my favorite technician to go to but I have gone to others and they have all done great. My gel polish always lasts 3 weeks and I only have to go get a change because of nail growth. Best place I’ve been!"
