No signs in front telling you, so you walk ( often with elderly persons, like my Grammy) all the way down the hall to back of building to find out you need to turn around and take elevator down to basement ( lower level). Having that info on address on website or on front door or anywhere before your outside circling the building trying to get best parking for elderly or disabled persons who need such imaging!! Common sense would help alot."

"I was here today for a MRI. Everybody was friendly, knowledgably, and professional. I was in and out quickly, and overall very pleased with my experience. Of special note, the tech that did the MRI took the time to make sure I got into comfortable position for the the exam. As someone dealing with spinal issues, this kind of thing meant a lot to me."

"EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I should have read reviews beforehand. DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to have my throat checked, gave them my insurance card, everything they asked and needed. A week later I got a bill stating it’s for the services (which should have been covered by insurance, yes my insurance would have covered it) someone didn’t submit the paperwork properly. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. They have given me a constant run around and several different people to call, now seeing the other reviews. I should have checked first. I am not the first person they have done this with. Their team is filled with incompetent people, who obviously don’t know how to do their jobs. I will never go back here."
