Doctor's Care

"Until I feel that the level of service from the front desk staff matches that of the amazing doctors at this practice my review will stay at a one star. It’s really a shame, in the year that I’ve been seeing Dr. McMahon I’ve really connected with her, and feel very confident in her knowledge and opinion. That all ends when you leave the exam room. There is zero urgency, respect, or even acknowledgement of phone calls made, and voicemails left. I specifically called this week because my script was out at my normal pharmacy. I called on Monday, had to leave a message. No call back. On Tuesday I called the pharmacy, and was told they just received it, to come in on Thursday. I went to the pharmacy last night to be told the brand name script I requested the doctor change it to was not ordered. Again, no calls back. So today I went to the practice. The front end staff was very concerned and sweet to work with. It wasn’t until Danielle the office manager was called in that things escalated to the point she raised her voice at me, and instead of working with the patient she said she has other patients and I am not the only one. I suggest if you’re looking for a new practice think twice on this one. It’s really a shame I had to write this."

"Heather is AMAZING! she is everything you want in a Dr, she's kind, loving and 100% listens. The office is not the easiest to deal with. they don't answer phones, they don't call back quick, the online portal is a pain and the office staff replies to your requests instead of the drs most of the time (only in the case the dr sends you a message do they actually then reply) one specific women by the name of Danielle is impossible to deal with. She replies to everything with unhelpful answers, drags things out and makes me want to leave this practice entirely."

"I can’t believe how I was just treated on the phone by the medical records person. Extremely rude and dismissive! She also hung up on me even though I was extremely polite to her. It should also be noted that HIPAA was not verified. I would like a supervisor or manager to reach out to me."

"Their office staff is not helpful and rude. One of the girls was cursing while talking to another and was then rude to me and was rolling her eyes at me. Although I love Dr. McMahon when you have to deal with their front end, it really is not a pleasant experience and is making me rethink my relationship with that office."

"Dr McMahon is amazing ! along with the whole doctors care staff! I can usually get same day appointments and or next day which has been extremely helpful lately. I never wait long and even if I had to , I wouldn’t mind because the care I receive here is worth it!! I’ve been with Dr. McMahon since 2018 and she’s always been incredibly patient and knowledgeable, her kindness brings me so much peace. It’s so important to have a doctor who actually cares!!"
