"I wish that I’d been contacted in advance and informed that my scan required that I drink 2 bottles of barium solution two hours before the procedure. And if it had been possible to pick that solution up prior to the exam, then provided with the opportunity to arrive a short time before the scan, it would have been ideal. Instead, I sat in my vehicle and drank the solution while waiting for 2 hours."

"Clean friendly warm and welcoming, this is my second time doing a MRI my first time was with a different Radiologist, and I had the worst experience ever, I decided to try Lenox Radiology and I’m telling you from booking my appointment over the phone to my in person appointment the experiences and encounter was great will definitely recommend to anyone. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, the Technician was warm and friendly . The facility was clean and comfortable."

"This center is very nice clean and I have had my whole family go there in the past. Today my husband and I was treated by two unprofessional front desk clerk. They were rude and disrespectful. We are very unhappy with the customer service. I need them both to be reorientated on how to treat customers as humans. I never had such attitude being thrown at me from Lenox Hill Radiology in Laurelton. The building is clean, bathrooms are too. "I walked in without an appointment and the receptionist told me I needed one which was okay with me. However, without hesitation she checked and I was able have my mammogram done at that time. She was courteous and kind. The Tech was also very kind and gentle. It was a good experience for me."
