"I went to the location at 101 Pennsylvania Avenue today at 3:35 pm. for an x-ray. The sign in sheet had lab closed, written at the top and bottom of the sheet. When I asked the receptionist what time they close, she said 5 pm. She said they had people waiting, so they closed the lab. She went on to tell me that I could go to another location. What kind of customer service is this? She didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. She told me that they could close at any time if they felt that there were too many patients. Is this the new way of doing business? They don't take appointments for x-rays, but they can close at random times. Then, it should be included with the office hours that the lab will be closed at the staffs discretion. If you don't have enough employees to care for the patients, then you should hire more people. You need to devise a better system."

"Excellent customer service from the representative that checked me in. I left my ID home and I was able to email a copy. She also expedited my appointment since I had another one soon after on a different floor. The X-ray tech was very knowledgeable, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciated how everyone was very professional, thank you."

"My appointment was for 10:15a.m. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly 'Good Mornings '. Ms. Grietlyn called me up took my information, she asked me how I was doing. I expressed that I was nervous. She assured me that I'll be okay, it's could take up to 15 minutes according to the individual and it shouldn't hurt; but it might be a little discomfort. After she finished checking me in. I sat in the waiting area. I waited maybe five minutes to be called by the technician (Mindy). She explained everything that I needed to know in further details. She even waited patiently for me when I had to go to the restroom. It took less than 15 minutes. I left out of the office at 10:30. No pain and nerves are back to normal. I would recommend this place to any woman who needs a mammogram. Quick and easy."
