"My appt. was canceled numerous times for a screening that needed to be done. I was canceled and given an appt. 6 months later only to be canceled again. The new phone system does not allow you to speak to someone, they put you on hold for a very long time, sometimes not even answering."

"If it would be possible to put 0, I would put. I was hoping that the negative reviews are not true, it turns out to be true! Don't come here for anything! I made an appointment, came the next day, they said you didn't have an appointment. Then they said that we don't do leg ultrasound at all, (we had to do a leg ultrasound for a child). Question, couldn't they say it right away so that we wouldn't get up early in the morning and go there? There are no words. Awful."

"Disgusting clinic. I made an appointment for a referral, the conda came, they said that there was no doctor, and I could not accept it. I need to go to another clinic. Also very rude staff. Wasted time."

"Rude and unprofessional. Went in for an xray and was told they don't do them despite them being on the optum radiology list. "Oh we do them just not now" she told me. Ok when can i come back i asked. " I don't know try calling". Worst service. Do not use, though they would prefer that because they're lazy."

"Worst place, if you have other options go for them. They give you an appointment and make you sit waiting for hours telling you the same thing over and over again. It will be a few more minutes. They also discriminate against others. I warned you."
