"I always say anyone that can teach children are a blessings. That's what the ladies of this school is. From day one the directer was nice and kept the line of communication open. Yes, a few things needed to be worked out with the D.O.H, however the staff was informative and apologetic for the inconvenience. The children did virtual learning and picked up where they left off. What I like about the school is I can see a difference in my child. From the first week he came home he had a "wash your hands song" and talking in a happy matter about school. I believe he's learning at the age level he's suppose to for 3k. He never gave off a negative vibe about the school. There's a monthly meeting to keep you informed about the activities that will be taking place. If there's any issue with my child I am notified via phone, when he's picked up or ClassDojo. The place is clean and secure. Yes, Everyone experience is different but I'm happy to say mine and my kid has been a good one. Thank You to the ladies of Ciditty Kiddie.You're appreciated!!"

"My experience has been wonderful… let’s start with aesthetics- the school is clean, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. Yes, the start was a bit complicated but none of which had to do with the school or the director. However even though it the bumpy start the staff were informing and very honest. My daughter loves it here and honestly that’s all that matters. I feel content and confident she is safe and being cared for properly. Aside from that she’s thriving. Overall the negative comments, not discrediting those families experiences, are a bit confusing I believe it comes from a lack of understanding. So where some may see someone is being unreasonable it is simply the school trying to remain in compliance with the department of health and the education department. All while creating a structured and safe environment for your child. I’d rather have to rearrange my schedule to fit my child for a week or so if needed .Than to have my school abruptly shut down because I thought everything was fine , all while they were just trying to keep parents happy. I really think it’s a perspective thing ."

"The most terrible experience we've ever had as parents with out 3 year old daughter. They are not straightforward with information and will try to frustrate you to remove your kid. Our child's school was closed down abruptly and parents were asked to send our kids to this school. Our child never had any issues with the previous school even though she has a speech delay, she came home happy everyday. Day 1 of attending this school, they called us in and made us sit in a room like little kids and then came to tell us that our child sleeps too much. We made her stay home for a week just to try and adjust her sleep schedule. She went the following week and they called us back in to tell us that our child didn't sleep. THIS WAS JUST 2 FULL DAYS OF HER IN THE SCHOOL. We discussed this with the head of the school and they agreed to accommodate her. Our daughter went in the 3rd day and they complained again that we should pick her up at 1:45pm instead of 2:50pm at which point we just decided to remove our daughter from the school. Bottom line is, they are not there to even try to help your child. Make sure your child can do everything by him or herself before you send them there. Otherwise they will frustrate you to the core. No parent should every have to go through what we went through with these people."

"0/10 wouldn't recommend My child is normally a happy go lucky child and wasn't comfortable here but this place is Unfit.. zero patience ..unprepared.. UNDER STAFFED. A previous school closed down and children were sent here. This school claimed there would be more teachers but theres only ONE for a bunch of 3 year olds. That actual ONE teacher is nice but the directors lack patience, a good attitude, lack good communication skills .and want specific things or else your child cant attend.. If your child, senses bad energy, listen to them first!!!! IF U WERENT PREPARED, YOU SHOULDNT HAVE OPENED YET!!!! If uour child has seperation anxiety or transition issues, DO NOT GO HERE bc they will kick them out as they did mine after only 3 DAYS"
