"After hearing from other parents that they were having similar issues we were all able to find a loving and compassionate daycare for our littles away from this place. The owner is cold and tried to diagnose my child with a disorder which is wayyy outside her scope of practice. Luckily with a new provider we astonishingly havent had ANY issues. Joanne had us jumping through hoops to get a diagnosis for our child for a problem that didnt even exist! The amount of stress my husband and I endured still hurts my heart. Im so grateful to have found a provider who is passionate about working with kids on an individual level and not just trying to get them meds and a diagnosis. My kids felt the bad vibes from this place and made it known from the moment she was forced into a room with the owner."
"We absolutely love Alphabet Tree. Our children are thriving here. The teachers and owner are very attentive and kind. JoAnne provides an amazing curriculum, is well organized and very easy to communicate with. I promise you there is nothing that remotely compares in the Highland/Marlboro area (especially for the price) I sincerely wish we had found Alphabet Tree sooner, but just grateful this place exists!"
"I would not recommend this daycare. The owner does not hire adequate staff. The owner is only interested in making money. NOT providing safety for the children. I know of a serious incident that occurred there and the staff was told not to report or mention it to the parents. Please beware.......we need to protect our children."
"I am so impressed with my daughters school! First off the school is spotless. From drop off at 7am to pick up at 4pm the classroom is always clean. I love the monthly calendar and the amazing activities that are offered! Dance, computer, and yoga are offered once a week. My daughter has leanered so much and we still have a year to go! The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The owner Joanne makes you feel comfortable and apart of the family. She is so easy to work with and felexible. I can’t say enough and we are so happy we found this amazing gem in our community!"
"My daughter has attended day care, summer camp and then the extended day program for school-aged children. We have always been very happy with the care our daughter received in a family-like, home-y, environment. In pre-school, there were a ton of enrichment opportunities, such as yoga and dance and two huge playgrounds. During the summer, there's an on-site pool (with lifeguards), field trips and special guests/activities (i.e. tumble bus, wild bird show, etc.) nearly every day. The staff is caring and attentive, and the cost is reasonable. In the eight years we've been at Alphabet Tree, we have never had a negative experience."
