"The piercer Julia put a new piece of jewelry into my surface tragus piercing . During the appointment she takes personal calls right im front of me(whilst we’re in the middle of a conversation) and I have to sit there and wait many minutes which is very uncomfortable & unprofessional. She charged $20 for jewelry exchange (which is odee in my opinion) and didn’t put the jewelry on correctly and it fell out a week later without me touching/messing with it. The jewelry she used was also cheap and broke when I was trying to put it back in. I messaged her on instagram to see if she could accommodate me since she used cheap jewelry and didn’t even put it on correctly , but she won’t answer but is posting storys. I wasn’t even going to write a review but the fact that she is so unprofessional & negligent was a red flag & i want to let everyone know"
