"I went to Oculus Tattoo Lounge in North Syracuse for the first time, and scheduled my appointment with Carlos. The shop itself was very clean, unique and inviting. My artist, Carlos, was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. He had everything ready when I arrived so there was no waiting. I picked out a grey shaded floral and vine design that wraps around my forearm. The finished piece is truly stunning. Very clean lines and the shading on it is just incredible. I am beyond happy with not only my finished tattoo but also the service I received. I highly recommend the Oculus Tattoo Lounge Family and my artist Carlos to anyone looking to get a tattoo. "Matt has done three separate sessions on a sleeve for me at this point. I had an existing tattoo on my forearm and didn't have an end goal in mind, but with every session Matt has been able to take little bits of ideas that I have and build on them for me. He has the experience and vision to know what will look good, and where it should go. His own suggestions for small details here and there have been awesome! I am looking forward to the next couple of sessions to finish the sleeve and can't wait to see the finished product. Thanks again Matt!"
