"Make a 3pm appointment for simple shoulder xray. Arrived at 3:30 pm (eaely). Found the the the technician went home already. They sent us to the emergency for xray. Now is more than a 45min wait and its 4:17 pm. Isn't nice when a hospital doesn't know what it's doing."
