"I’ve been going to Northeast Radiology for the better half of a decade now and while admittedly, some of my experiences have been better than others, most of my appointments have gone great. The location of the facility is quite convenient and most of the scheduling coordinators are quite pleasant. It’s generally easy to get an appointment, however there should be more accessibility for those of us who work a traditional 8-4 or 9-5. They claim to have “evening hours,” but the latest appointment available was for a 4:15 MRI with a 3:45 start time. However, I do appreciate that I got callbacks when requesting a sooner appointment for my most recent scan. The ladies at the front desk and the techs are all wonderful, making everything run quite smoothly. In all the years I’ve been going, I would have loved to have seen the facility “modernize” a bit. Everything while nice, feels a tad outdated. Finally, I can’t say enough about the doctors at this facility. I had a great experience with Dr. Lee when he did my arthrogram last year and Dr. Nevsky is always quick and incredibly detailed when providing reports. They both are a huge reason as to why I’ll continue to choose the Brewster location for my testing needs."

"Trying to make an appointment for a sonogram.Jennifer F.answer the call unprofessional.she told me she couldn't understand me ..Then she scream her top off.Spoke with the supervisor 1,minute ago Absolutely unprofessional.tellung me Jennifer is 1of her top schedule person.She was defending her for her bad behavior..She told me the way I was treated it was ok.BOTH Jennifer/Supervisor should not be working with us Clients.Im a Client and I should be treated with respect.Im self paying for m sonogram on Thursday.And Cristina she did made my appointment in 5 minutes Professional and very pleasant. "I've been to the Brookfield location twice. Both times, Lauren at the front desk was unfriendly, uninviting and uninformative. I get very bad anxiety when it comes to getting MRIs and unfortunately, my anxiety can cause me to get sick. I tried my hardest to make it to the bathroom but couldn't and unfortunately, got sick in the garbage pale in the waiting area. I repeatedly apologized to, Lauren and explained that I got sick because I was very nervous and offered multiple times to tie up the garbage and take it outside to the dumpster. She looked at me with such disgust, only making me feel worse and said "just tie it up" What, has she never seen someone throw up before, have no sympathy for a nervous patient? She did eventually offer me water but that wasn't until I asked if I could step outside for some air. I called a few days later in regards to getting signed up for the portal. I asked Lauren if the portal was offered during visits and she said, "yes." So I said "Okay, where, was it on the paperwork, did I miss something?" She responded, No, you have to ask for it. I replied, "Well offering and asking are two different things, aren't they, and she said, yes." I was having trouble getting on the portal and it wasn't until sometime later that she asked if I was doing it on my phone (which I was) that she then said, you have to do it on a computer or it won't work. Isnt that something you should be told from the very beginning to not waste either of our time? Definitely not the greatest front desk service here."
"I had Nicole do my mammo last week and it was literally the first time ever I had absolutely no discomfort. I didn’t even know that was possible! Also, the ladies at the front desk are always going above and beyond to obtain scripts that either weren’t sent over, or not accurate. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, either."
