"This was my first time I ordered in the store at this location, usually I ordered online. When I was trying to pay my dish with my credit card, I tried twice didn’t approve. I was not sure it my card faced the wrong way or not because this payment machine I never used before and totally looks different from other shops. The Spanish cashier lady just standing over there didn’t say anything or trying to help me and she just gave me a nasty look and rolled her eyes. Finally I tapped my card it went through. After I stepped out this store, my daughter asked me why this lady got attitude. I was speechless. Your store need training your workers before they work. If you don’t like your job, don’t do it!"

"The guy at the counter was very nice and helpful, however the girl at register with straight black hair has NO IDEA what she is doing. I asked the man for 1 order of chips and guac and an extra side of gauc, he follows my instructions and TELLLS HER WHAT I ORDERED. How much more clarification does a person need?? Then she ends up only charging me for the chips and gauc and then DOESNT EVEN PUT THE CHIPS IN THE BAG. It’s so hard to try to give food workers the benefit of the doubt but I should have known that I would need to double check the bag to make sure everything is in there. Honestly so annoyed because it’s the persons job at register to ensure that all the items the person ordered are payed for and in the bag. The other person did everything he could to ensure a smooth handoff while she did nothing. Horrible experience. How do you forget the chips, when all I ordered was CHIPS and GUAC. Also she had time to decorate the Chipotle bag before hand but not check if my food was in there. Would not recommend going on Saturday in the evening, Ive gotten so many other times from their other crew members on different days and they NEVERRRRRR experienced this."

"I never leave reviews but this place is horrible. I ordered my food via doordash. Most of what I asked for was missing, and my moms rice was NOT cooked. The portions were horrific. I asked for guacamole, and salsa that are considered sides that belong in the container but did not receive them. The fresh tomato, and corn are supposed to be inside of my quesadilla not on the side. My mom asked for brown rice, and got both but ended up getting sick. It looks like they slapped the quesadilla, and bowl together, and sent it out. Luckily, doordash refunded me but please avoid this place at all costs."

"I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. I've been to many Chipotle restaurants, but none have been as bad as this one. I placed an online order for food at 8:30 pm, and when I arrived at the store at 8:40 pm, there were only 2 customers and 3 employees. I had to wait for 10 minutes before a male employee finally came to ask for my name and start preparing my order. Meanwhile, there was a short, overweight, glasses-wearing female employee who had been wandering around aimlessly in front of me for ten minutes. When I asked her what she was doing, her response was brief and incomprehensible. It was ultimately this lady who prepared my food. I can't fathom what she was doing for those 20 minutes; she should go home rather than work here. Additionally, the food looked like leftovers someone else had eaten. I will never visit this restaurant again, and unless they improve, I hope this location closes down soon. The best option for everyone here would be to lose their jobs."

"One thing: ALWAYS order inside store! The portions you get ordering in store is always larger than if you were to submit an online order. Most of the time the employee gives you reasonable portions, but on the occasion that they do skimp on the rice or beans, you can always ask for extra with no extra cost (with the exception of guac & protein). As long as you like burritos and order in store, they offer a decently priced and tasty meal that is satiating. My order: Brown rice (extra if they put too little), black beans, chicken, tomatoes, extra corn, little bit of sour cream, extra cheese, and chipotle tobasco sauce"
