"This spot is very pretty and aesthetic although it’s small. Honestly the food wasn’t that good. Everyone that I went with thought their food was just okay and pretty bland. The guacamole options are cool and the churros were pretty tasty. The service was great and they had a lot of options on the menu so maybe we just didn’t get the right things."
"Food was delicious, service was great as well, it was not too crowded and we went Saturday night, so it was a quiet atmosphere, you can have a nice conversation there. They were playing nice music but it wasn't on the loud side. I loved the drinks! My passion fruit Margarita was on point, just a little too light on the alcohol same with the Mojito, flavors were there but I did not taste or feel too much alcohol on the drinks. I liked the tortilla they used for their tacos, the food was well seasoned. Service was nice and friendly. We liked the churros, they give you a proper amount. If you are in the mood for Mexican food and you are in the area, give them a try. Plus they have happy hour!!"
"I ordered the birria tacos and was met with a wonderful dish that was packed with flavor. If you can’t handle a bit of spice. This dish might not be for you but for my spice lovers!? Absolutely cannot miss this dish. I also ordered a strawberry margarita. It was stronger than I expected it to be. It was almost $10 during happy hour though. Very tasty food. The service is met with a big smile and attentiveness. The atmosphere is welcoming with bachata and merengue. The Latin culture is prominent here and I loved it. If you don’t eat here I think you’re missing out!"
"We got the take out and waited for about 10 minutes for an order of 9 tacos. I am not impressed. Taco are so so to be honest. Lacking flavor and feels like something i got from a fancy place where flavor isn’t the top priority. The rice and bean is just a little weird. I would say it’s the worst rice and bead I had in NYC. The rice is grainy and bean has no taste. Price is a little expensive for takeout but what do I know. I can skip the rice and bead. Ambiance is a little modern but they tried to make it traditional look with some art. I honestly think it can use a redecoration."
