"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Too many teenagers work there, mostly all of the staff is on the phone ( ear bud ), giggling and having their own conversation and I felt like I was literally disturbing them. Cashier gives back the wrong change, she had a hard time to figure out how much, luckily her phone calculator helped her. They had no chicken and said they weren’t making any at 6 ? The rice was hard and the way they packed the bowl it came out of the container. I surely don’t seeing this chipotle staying there. I guess I will be going to the one on Bedford."

"Where’s the beef??? Paying $13 for a pinch of protein??? A bean and rice burrito for that price??? Can’t wrap the burrito properly because all 4 burritos fell apart. Need to add the proper 4 ounces of meat as required, not just some scraps. Meat maybe in 4 bites, and the rest all rice and beans spilling everywhere. Worst Chipotle burritos ever had. WE ARE PAYING FOR PROTEIN, not rice and beans!!!! Really should use a scale to measure out meat since employees so bad at portioning out. You’re guessing poorly on the protein portions, but the price is always high! Never coming back to this location!"

"I ordered through seamless. Ordered a Chicken Bowl with lettuce, tomato salsa, white rice, and cheese. I was sent a near empty bowl full of chicken scraps. You have got to be kidding me. Tried to call and bo one picked up. This is absolutely appalling that you would dare send this to any customer. I highly caution anyone to order/takeout/dine in here. Never in my life have I ever had a fast food place so grossly neglect and mistreat a customer. See the attached photo for reference. You can see nothing but the chicken scraps ever touched this bowl. This is what $17.00 will get you."
