"If the quality of the phone operator/receptionist service is this bad then I can't even image the service you will get when you're actually there. I called the office to make an appointment for myself and my son. Waited on hold for 10 minutes when she finally answered she actually apologized for the long wait and proceeded to ask me how she can help me. I told her i wanted to make an appointment for my son , she asked for the name and when I gave it to her she automatically sounded frustrated and bothered. Asked me for my phone number and my name and then quickly said "How do you spell that? You know what, I'm gonna call you back " didnt even let me get a word in. I called at the time I did , because that was the only free time I had. She probably constantly does this to people because the lines are always busy. Btw she never called back . Lol horrible ass service they're paying her to drive clients away ."
