"Never buying from here again. I saw A dress the owner had posted on her ig and i told her I’ll pay for it in full for her to hold it for me until I can Come pick it up she told me no problem she will put it up for me and The dress was for my birthday so I was Super excited to wear it. Now I go To pick up the dress and the girl tells me she can’t find it which means they sold the dress nd didn’t even tell me and then the lady asks me if I want It in another color. Like no I ordered A certain color for pick up so I expect The dress in tht color I ordered! I immediately asked for a refund. Now I have No dress for my birthday and I’m so upset."

"Once i haven’t received a tracking number after placing the order i knew something was wrong. This is my second & LAST purchase with this boutique. Not only did i have to beg for a response through calling, email, text, & instagram DM, it was the most vague responses ever. No direct answers to the whereabouts of my order, just that she refunded the money & that she’s the owner but barely in the shop & doesn’t know much about the orders, but no answers as to why I’m being refunded when the item still shows in stock on her Instagram page & website. The final straw was when i called for the last time and the owners mother answers the phone in the rudest manner— saying she doesn’t know nothing about no order & that i have the wrong number & hangs up. DONT BOTHER SPENDING YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THESE TACKY, UNPROFESSIONAL AIRHEADS!"
