"Ordered two photo enlargements online. When I picked them up, the pics were screwed up. Walgreens associate DANIELLE took the time to redo them for me, helping me navigate their photo machine with my uncooperative phone. I grew impatient and frustrated; DANIELLE was patient and kind. She even refunded what I paid for the pics that got screwed up...though it may have been my fault to begin with... Nicely done!"
"Walgreens corporate called and asked if I wanted to be put in a program to make fewer trips to the pharmacy. Of course I Said that sounds wonderful, and it was for 2 months of prescriptions. The 3rd time I came to pick up my prescription one of the scripts was for the wrong dosage. I noticed when I got home and called them. They recognized that they gave me the wrong dosage. When I went to pick up my prescription a week later they tried to charge me I explained this to them. They then said I needed to speak to their corporate office. When I said I would stay there until we worked this out this walgreens location called the police on me and I was told to go to another Pharmacy."
