"DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!! This place is an absolute joke they have no idea what they are doing even though they are listed as they take pediatric patients. Rude and completely unprofessional take your kids anywhere but here a simple 2yr blood test took over an hour and left with blood everywhere. This people need to go back to school and learn what the hell they are doing."

"I've never had an issues at this location and everyone has always been really nice. They may be short staffed, but a lot of places are. Just be patient."

"Came in at 4:40 and waited 15 minutes before someone came out. They obviously didn’t want to draw my daughters blood because at this point the facility was going to close in 5 minutes. She told us that she “wasn’t in the system” even though it’s time stamped, and said that “the person who does the children isn’t here.” She was very condescending. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the rest of the staff (the younger ones) are great."

"I used to love this place and came here consistently because of the fast friendly service and the skill of the staff with the needle. While I will say they're still skillful with the needle everything else has gone downhill. The wait time the last two times I have been here has been outrageous. Last time there was only 1 person before me and it took them 45 minutes to call me. The nurse was also snippy with me. I've been waiting an hour so far this time around and there were 3 people in front of me when I got here. I'll be trying a different lab going forward."
